  • Our animals are raised from birth on our farm.
  • They receive only pasture and hay-- no corn or other grain, no growth-promoting hormones or anti-biotics.
  • They are allowed to mature naturally, producing lean, flavorful meat with moderate marbling.
  • The meat is dry aged 21 days and processed by hand at a local butcher shop.
  • It is vacuum packed in clear plastic and frozen, ready to go into your freezer.
