Our entire farm is planted with soil-conserving perennial pasture & hay.

Our pastures mimic the native prairies & marshes that existed here, once more a home for sandhill cranes, meadowlarks & a myriad of other wildlife.

Our cattle are rotationally grazed on these pastures where they grow naturally to produce a high quality meat in a sustainable system.
