We sell our beef in mixed packs of several sizes. Each pack contains a
selection of steaks & roasts, including high-end cuts such as
Porterhouse & prime rib, also chuck roasts, sirloins, naturally lean
ground beef & stew meat. Steaks come one inch thick & two per
package. Roasts average two to three pounds. A 25 pound pack fits
comfortably into 2 grocery bags.
