Each pack contains a selection of steaks & roasts, including high-end cuts such as Porterhouse & prime rib, also chuck roasts, sirloins, naturally lean ground beef & stew meat. Steaks come one inch thick & two per package. Roasts average two to three pounds. A 25 pound pack fits comfortably into 2 grocery bags. You may also 'Design-your own-pack'. Pack Sizes:

15 lb. Starter Pack: 1 roast, 2 pkg. steaks, 7 lb. lean ground beef, 1 pkg. stew meat. $90
25 lb. Pack:

2-3 roasts, 3-4 pkg steaks, 1-2 pkg. stew meat, and 12-1 lb. pkg. lean ground beef $150.00

50 lb pack:

3-4 roasts, 5-6 pkg. steaks, 2-3 pkg. stew meat and 25-1 lb. pkg. lean ground beef. $290.00

Quarters:

90-110 lb quarters are processed to your specifications.
